Electric T shirts customer service is terrible. I ordered an item at the start of October and received the usual email confirmations. At this point the money was taken from my account.
A month passed no package or communication, contravening their own policy. I contacted them via email, as the phone number constantly went to answerphone, and was told the item was on order. I waited another week or so them decided to ask for a refund.I received an email confirmin g cancellation of order but no comfirmation of the refund. I have allowed 7 working days to see the refund appear in my bank account. Having contacted my bank i was told I really should have seen it appear by now!
I have emailed and received no reply. What type of business doesn't check their emails everyday? This one it appears!
So all in all they have basically stolen my money!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!
