Minus infinity stars. Awful, disgusting company!

This is the worst company I have come across in the history of online stores, from the clothing to the customer service team. I am truly disgusted at the service I have received. I received my dress for my daughters wedding a few weeks ago which looked absolutely nothing like the item online, the colour was wrong, the design was wrong, it was just awful. I emailed the service team on several occasions before finally getting a response. I was made to send pictures of my dress - which was supposed to be a 14 but was actually a 8 - on several occasions. I spoke to numerous members of staff who were all extremely rude and blamed it all in myself and refused to do anything about it. The quality of the clothing was shocking. It was coming away at the seams. The material was supposed be silk, it was closer to wool. After spending almost £200 on a dress I also received a bill from the tax man this morning for this dress that came from China although they claim to be a UK company. Please stay away from dylan queen, the dresses really are too good to be true. Don't be foolish like I was, believe the negative comments you read and ignore the positive. I am now on a mission to get this company shut down as no one else should have to experience what I and so many other customers have been faced with. It is sickening. A word of advice, stick to the high street.
