I have tried to arrange a refund with this company for weeks,they ignore your mails,they don't read your mails,I paid £83.00 for a dress which was faulty and bad quality. And they offered me a £10.00 refund.
I have now raised a claim through pay pal as I am tired of sending mail after mail and not getting anywhere.
It's a joke,their web page states that they respond to emails within 5 min,they don't respond at all.
Please DON'T use this company !
