The website indicates "Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We’re glad to tell you that your unsatisfied items can be returned within 15 days after received and get a full refund" but this does not appear to be true!
Having received a dress ordered from the site and having identified 'faults' with it (scagged seams, unsymmetrical straps and wonky stitching to name a few) and forwarded photos to verify faults, URDRESS have indicated that they don't want the faulty item back and will only offer me a partial refund which contravenes sales law! Discussion is ongoing but please, avoid using this company!!!!
