I recently had an incomplete order from Dorothy Perkins and after 5 emails and 3 20 minute phone calls later I finally received an actual response rather than their previous automated responses. They were still "looking into matters" I had to wait over 3 weeks to finally be refunded after getting several confusing responses. I t was so frustrating when my matter was being dealt with by different people who quite frankly didn't have a clue what to do! Highly disappointing!
