Ordered some sale items and wanted to return about £70 worth. packaged the return, as per their instruction and using their recommended courier service. 3 weeks later and the parcel never got there. Called the courier service (Collect+) and they said it was never picked up from where I dropped it off. Apparently my problem / contract is with DP so Collect+ cannot help or compensate in any way. Have emailed DP repeatedly and had no help at all. £70 down thanks to their shoddy service, with their courier service / Collect+ points stealing items right under their noses.
WILL NEVER SHOP WITH DOROTHY PERKINS AGAIN.
