I've ordered 3 times from the website and paid express delivery (next day or nominated) all times. EVERY single time, the items have arrived 2-3 days late. I've called and email them and they can't give me a reason why the items/parcel is late.
My fiance also had the same problem, and they said they would deliver the day after he called and he cancelled the order. THEN the items were STILL delivered even though they had been cancelled.
The same happaned to my mom back in April, and she ONLY JUST recieved her refund in full.
