I often shop in Dorothy Perkins stores but as I am abroad at the moment, I ordered online. Almost two months on, still no order, just a number of unanswered emails to customer service. After placing a comment on DP Facebook website, someone finally got back to me, but a month later, still no order, just a number of unhelpful emails in which they tell me that they are "investigating the matter with the couriers". No response to my request for a refund. I have now filed a Chargeback request with my bank.
International customers, be warned and do not order from Dorothy Perkins. I certainly won't shop with them, either online or in store.
