I order two pairs of jeans online, to be delivered to France. The expected delivery time was 5 days, but over a month later, i still didn't receive anything. I sent three emails to customer service over the following weeks, but didn't recieve any response. Some time later, a refund was placed in my account, with no email/call from them. This is highly annoying, as I have since been back to the UK, and would have bought my jeans there had I known that they were going to give me a refund. Very unimpressed.
