I ordered a bag from DP a year ago, still waiting for it... I called, sent emails, nothing happen. Now my sister-in-law ordered a dress online a couple of weeks ago and it didn't arrived. On the tracking website they said the parcel was damaged, not delivered but there it stops, no news what so ever. She called the costumer service and the line went dead before getting in touch with anyone so she went to a store and complained. The manager there said she will do her best in helping her so we'll see about that... I will never order from them again that's for sure!
