I am really surprised at the negative reviews. The glasses arrived quickly and were fantastic value - I paid £20 for these glasses and they were 100% better than the ones that cost me £70 from my optician. “This company's after sales service is pitiful ”

Ordered 2for1 on 28th Jan 14 (Gucci & Boss), received the Gucci middle of March and actually they're pretty good glasses especially as they're varifocals. The problem with the company is there administrative section which after dealing with them for around ten weeks found they are a complete farce and totally incapable of communication. Poor quality glass unfinished and rough on verifocal distortion in reading glasses of free pair Returned as under return policy, have had lots of banta over e-mail, phone line has been conveniently out of order for weeks. “Shockingly Bad !!”

Four pairs of very expensive Persol sunglasses were returned to me after several unsuccessful attempts by Direct Sight to reglaze them and apply the correct tint. Of these, two pairs suffered frame damage during the reglaze process which, based on this sample of their work would indicate a 50% failure rate for reglazed frames. “Don't waste your money here”

Just before you go and order your cheaper glasses please read the following. Waited 2 MONTHS for these rimless glasses after about 10 emails and 2 phone calls the VERY low quality glasses came with the holes not drilled evenly. When i complained they said send them back and we will adjust them --- how can you do this when the holes don't line up I said. “Absolutely awful, do not go near”

Waited weeks after ordering. One pair of two failed to arrive. The other was unusable, due to massive internal reflections - gave me a blinding headache almost instantly. “Very,very poor”

Probably the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. The communication is awfull and rude to boot! They do not respond to emails , the phone never gets answered and the product (which I got 7 weeks after order) is dreadful . Do not go near them with a barge pole. “Poor Customer service, Build Quality - Do not use”

“Never again”

After returning glasses that were advertised as the wrong size and measuring them myself before returning, they want you to pay for more lenses when its clear that they advertised the wrong size .the costumer is not right when i comes to directsight. Ordered end of November for a pair of sunglasses. Never told they were not in stock, kept chasing and 3 weeks later they sent me the wrong pair. Was promised to be given a refund without having to return the glasses but then 1 week after still no refund.
