I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The first arrived within a week - the cheaper spare pair. The second had not arrived after 1month. I emailed and a curt reply was received stating it would be dispatched at the end of the week. This was not the case. After 2 further weeks I emailed again and received no reply. I explained I was particularly upset that I had no idea what was happening, I explained I was going to give a poor review and again received a curt reply stating that the glasses had been popular and would be sent soon. Had I not complained about the lack of communication, I would have been left waiting. Trading Regulations 2013 state that if a trader agrees to deliver items, you have a right to have them supplied within 30 days after ordering, beginning the day after the order was made.
