“Poor Customer service, Build Quality - Do not use”

Bought a copuple of pairs of glasses. came quite quickly. Build quality not good. Arms loose. Nose piece fell out. Contacted DirectSigth. The said that they would send replacemen nose pieces - havent turned up after about 3 weeks. Tried emailing them again a couple of times but they do not now respond to my emails.
