I am very satisfied with the service I received from Direct Luggage. I wanted to buy a specific vanity case to give as a present for Christmas to my mother in law and other online shops were unable to ensure a delivery by the 22nd December. So I contacted Direct luggage by email to ask if they could do a next day delivery. They immediately emailed me back and the purchase and delivery date were arranged with no delay. Thank you Direct Luggage! An excellent service overall!
