I ordered two Rimowa suitcases on Thursday over the telephone. The member of staff I spoke to was courteous, answered my questions clearly and concisely, taking the order efficiently and explaining to me the arrangements for delivery the next day. The following day the cases arrived as promised within the one hour delivery slot I had been given by email sent early on the day of delivery. Excellent service, many thanks.
