“wrong sizes”

Sizes are all wrong. Ordered 5 pairs of footwear at once, being tempted by low prices. i ordered size 6 but they arrived far too small for my size. They even arrived in tiny boxes which looked more like children wear. Some of the shows didnt even have the size markings - I measured them and they are about 2 cm shorter than the normal size 6. I sent the whole lot straight back and am not going to buy from them ever again. Quality was poor as well, not something you could wear comfortably. (read more)

“Do Not Shop Here!”

Made an order after seeing advert in LOOK magazine, waited 14 days for Free UK delivery nothing came emailed as delivery should of taken up to 10 days, no reply after 3 days emailed again still no reply tweeted my problem was told to email nothing again, visited their facebook page and found that pretty much every post made was a complaint. NEVER SHOP WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY .

My daughter has been waiting 5 weeks for her shoes to arrive which should have been here after 3 days. I have emaIled this company 4 times and I have never had a response ( emailed and Facebook page) . Total disgrace! My daughter saw this company in look magazine and had bought the shoes with her own money she is 14.
Please do not shop here. So annoyed!
