My girlfriend and I are getting married at short notice and instead of looking at reviews first, we got rather excited and started looking at dresses. After seeing one she like my girlfriend ordered instantly. Once ordered, she checked out the reviews and we can loon this site. Realising we had done the wrong thing we asked for a refund within five minutes of ordering.I understand we should have checked the reviews first but the customer service from this point was terrible. It was obvious they did not want to return any payment and it took many emails and phone calls to get them agree to pay 90% back. This has been agreed but it now apparently takes 18 days for the money to be returned. We shall see....!

Basically:

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

ITS NOT FAIR TO RUIN SOMESONES BIG DAY!
