Avoid buyin from this site.i purchased my daughters prom dress from here for £153 and it ripped up the seam after she had it on for 3 hours! It ruined her night completely as she had to leave her prom.i contacted them and their response was that I should get it mended and sell it to a friend or sell it online! Disgraceful service and disgraceful product!

I wish i had of read the reviews first. Like yourself i got totally ripped of by this company. My daughters prom dress came and shed of looked better in a bin liner and the dress had so many faults! Ive tried and tried to get my money back and they have flat-out refused saying the dress is ok. I have gone to my credit card company who said they will help me sort it to get my money back do fingers crossed. I would suggest that you to call your card company and explain to them what has happened as they maybe able to help you.
