I really really wish I had read the reviews on here before I handed over £174 to this company.

I quickly realised I had made a big mistake, I tried to cancel the order and was told that the use very expensive materials and therefor they would only give me a £20 refund for delivery!!!!! .... WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH


In fear of loosing all my money I proceeded with the order.... I finally received the dress and it was not the dress advertised on the website, I spent time submitting my custom measurements which were not paid attention to. I wouldn't even wear this dress to a fancy dress party it is SO BAD! And covered in red marks.

They are now ignoring my emails and refusing me my refund. So so so upset and feel like I have been totally scammed and completely helpless.

Please don't go near this company!

Sadly not.

They keep telling me that because it's a custom made dress they cannot refund me, ignoring the following points:

1. It's not even the same dress advertised on the website

2. It's covered in red thead marks

I have read other websites that review this company and they are known for not legally using other manufacturers images of dresses, over pricing and creating knock offs.
