I recently ordered a dress for my cousin's wedding, upon receiving this dress, it differed immensely from the dress on the description, the colour for one was completely different and many details also. I wrote to the company to explain my problem and didn't get any reply. I then wrote to the online chat service where I explained my situation and was told to email pictures of the dress and explain the problem, which I did. Two days later I still did not receive any reply. I tried to call the company, at which time I realised the company was in China, which I couldn't find any evidence of on the website, especially with it being in a UK domain, giving false information. I once again spoke to someone online, presumably the same person as the user name was the same. At this point I got nothing but attitude from the employee, I was told that it was past the post sale date to complain and because I hadn't recorded the live chat from before basically I had no evidence that I did contact them within this time!
Then when I had had enough I received a 22£ invoice from TNT for the dress, bringing the price of the dress up to 200£, a dress which I can't even wear, that wont be accepted back even though it is still in it's packaging and has never been worn. So my only choice now is to try and sell it for half the price or less online.
