I ordered a dress from this company believing that it was uk based. I place an order and told that it would take 1 month from making to delivery. I kept on chatting online with them to track the progress and every time I spoke to them the delivery date would change. I gave them my absolute deadline date which they said they could meet no problem. When the dress was not delivered on the deadline I went back on chat only to be fed a load of rubbish, not being told where the dress was or how much longer it would take. I was then told that I will just have to wait and that a total refund is not an option as that would cost them and they don't wont to loose profit( what a cheek). They have really ruined everything and left me out of pocket and without a dress. Don't ever order from these people intact we need to contact the authorities and get them shut down.
