Got the usual mail that others have posted - problem is, the tracking number was wrong, and was to a completely different county and already delivered 3 days before the email was sent.
Contacted "customer service", was told to wait. After chasing for 2 days, I got an email repeating the same tracking number.
Of course, I replied again, and they've now stopped responding. So I'm out £100 and no dress at all.
STAY AWAY, fraudulent website, no consumer protection.
