I have spent over £100 over the last two weeks with this company. One item arrived as normal. Then placed another order for two items but only received one! The most expensive item was not in the bag. But the recipt said the two items I ordered. I contacted customer services straight away! Was told it's been passed to the investigations team, I waited 3 working days and still nothing, I emailed and got a bounce back email saying someone with get back to me with in 24hrs. Ha well NOTHING. Emailed again and still NOTHING so then I phoned and was told it's going to take 3 working days to investigate. So I pointed out that it has been three working days already. The response was "oh we'll wait till Thursday" but the pants I ordered are for an event I'm attending on Friday. They have taken my money for something I did not get!! I am shocked and appalled. So thanks for ripping me off. I can assure you I will be seeking advice on this one. This is the first and last time I'm ordering from you, it's a shame really cos I do genuinely like your clothes.
