I placed an order yesterday forgetting to change delivery address as I'm currently living away from home caring for a sick relative. I emailed Customer Services within 5 minutes of placing the order to kindly ask if they would alter the delivery address. After 2 or 3 limp replies stating that they perhaps could / could not alter the address I finally get a firm reply this morning stating that no they can't. Well, there's nobody at the card registered address so they'll have to return it to Curvissa - total waste of time. I'm certainly not bothered what they do with the item. Just a lost sale and future customer. So much for the website advising "contact our friendly and helpful Customer Service team". Pants!
