This company produced decent quality products at one time. It is true that there has always been sizing issues with their products but that is sometimes rectified by ordering one size larger.

Now the quality of their products have become very poor. Also the customer service, which has not always been good, has become worse. At one time, if there was a problem with an order, they would notify you. It appears that this is no longer the case. Lame excuses and repeated apologies are not enough for me to consider continuing to shop with this company.

Please consider avoiding this company until they improve their quality of goods and customer service.
