Don't confused cocosa.com with the latest cocosa.co.uk because this is entirely different company. Cocosa.com was brilliant and customer service is excellent but sadly it was closed down. Cocosa.co.uk is a separate company, COCOSA was purchased because of its huge numbers of subscribers all around the world, the database alone containing all members names and email addresses must be worth a fortune to the new owners. “Cocosa refusing a refund for item not received ”

i am in constant communication with this company as My Yodel apparently left the items outside my door on a busy street on Saturday. unsurprisingly no parcel there when i returned that evening. “Identity Fraud???”

I placed an order with Cocosa yesterday. My bank initially refused the payment thinking that my card was being incorrectly used, however after my confirmation they honoured the next time I tried the payment. This morning I received an email from their customer service requesting I send them: my current passport or drivers licence along with a utility bill. Like - REALY??? Hey , I don't know what kind of bank details they asked you for, but it happened to me a few months ago ,when i ordered from a website other than cocoss, and they did. Asked for a picture or a copy of my id , and I thought the same, but in the end i said to send them the pictures of my id to try , and i did , and i've got the products that i ordered in time,this was a website from france . So ... I thought is ok to share my similar story with tou, although i still don't know nothing about cocosa , should i order something?....

Oh come on, REALLY, it happened to you and its not cocosa? let me think, so you are saying it is OK for cocosa to request their members to provide proof of ID after they paid for the goods because you have the same experience from another website, can you please share with us the name of the website so we can verify?? If cocosa is serious about preventing fraud why not ask customers for proof of ID when they join or become a member (this website operates on members only) NOT after you purchased and paid for the goods better still why not offer PAYPAL as an option for payment. So don't talk NONSENSE.

I placed my order on 10 January 2015.The cost of £74, which included delivery £5,money was taken from my bank account on 14 January 2015. The item haven't been delivered. I wrote to the customer services to investigate the issue and they are dealing with it nearly two months, however there are no results. They keep saying that they are dealing with delivery company (Yodel), but could not provide any information. “new site is not what it used to be”

I have been a customer of Cocosa for about 2 years, until they closed. The new version seems to be run by different team, which is not as good as the previous one. I pleced the order and was scheduled for delivery after 17 November. On 20 on november i loged in and found that the order was delivered on 5th November (no notificaiton or delivery messages were sent/left). I also did not get the items. I am fighting with them to cancel my membership by they don't want to do that, telling me it is not possible (but perfectly stated in the "Conditions") and claiming the necessity to "keep records". Not that there are any (never bought anything from them). In any case, it's definitely illegal to keep someone else's sensitive data against their wishes. I completely agree. I used to love Cocosa before and I always got amazing quality bargains from them. Not anymore.... Ordered 3 Thomas Sabo jewellery pieces from them, came in a terrible bubble envelope covered by another plastic envelope. One of the rings was faulty: either the item was counterfeit or damaged in shipping. Submitted a request for return, no answer after a week. It's true, I've been fighting with them on my return and even though they received it, still haven't heard from them. More over, when I got a message on how to return, it said I could use the free post but there was nothing to indicate it so post office wouldn't send it for free; after I contacted them back, was told to pay the shipping cost and I would be reimbursed within 2-3 days, still nothing :(((

“Breaching Consumer Law”

What a shame, I used to use Cocosa regularly and it was a fantastic website with bargains galore and an easy returns policy if something didn't fit. When they disappeared I was bereft! When I saw that they had been bought I was excited but unfortunately this is a poor imitation... They do not offer refunds if you cancel within the permitted time which is in clear breach of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Sent pictures, received a reply they can either refund 50% and I can keep an item (being broken I don't need a piece of metal for a half price) or refund in full if I return but I will need to submit another Returns request- tried to do that and received an automated msg saying 'You do not have orders available for return. Terrible customer service. And I still have £15 store credit for the item I returned before. if you've invested your money in Cocosa, be aware it's forever their: either buy again or lose your money as your voucher also has expiry date!

I used to order from Cocosa until they closed a few years back. Recently I was pleased to see they had re-opened and placed a order for some shoes. Well, what a difference a few years makes. Can pick up some bargains but look around first as you will find them just as cheap if not cheaper elsewhere but the customer service is absolutely terrible! Just horrible experience. Placed on order and a few hours later they said there was a problem with my payment and asked for my billing address and scan of bank statement. I never had payment problems with my card (Natwest) before. I felt really fishy about this and asked them to cancel this order and do an re-order. I've used this company several times, and if you like the item then great, but if you need to return it you'll have a battle to get your refund. I'm still waiting for a refund today(11/7/13) despite sending them signed proof of receipt on the 1/7/13! So far I have called them 4 times and emailed 3 times, and although they apologise NOTHING HAPPENS! This is without doubt the worst mail order company I have dealt with. Shopping from cocosa may be fine if you are 100 percent certain you will like the item and that it will fit properly. Cocosa has a poor return policy that will not reimburse the cost to send the product back. This is a terrible policy considering the company's business is only from online sales. I've bought from cocosa before and not had a problem that is until I had to send something back. The I bracelet I purchased was way to small, customer services said that was fine to send it back so off it went first class postage straight back. And that is where the problem lies.
