“appalling customer service”

Can pick up some bargains but look around first as you will find them just as cheap if not cheaper elsewhere but the customer service is absolutely terrible! I have lost count of the amount of times an incorrect or faulty item has been sent out to me. Last straw was when I had purchased an item that turned out to be faulty after its first use, I rang to complain and return and was told nothing could be done! Falsely advertised an item at one price on an e-mail but when u click on the link it was more than double that and they would not honour the price on the e-mail. “Terrible, just Terrible service!!!!! Don't get fooled !”

Just horrible experience. Placed on order and a few hours later they said there was a problem with my payment and asked for my billing address and scan of bank statement. I never had payment problems with my card (Natwest) before. I felt really fishy about this and asked them to cancel this order and do an re-order. “Refunds - like getting blood out of a stone!”

I've used this company several times, and if you like the item then great, but if you need to return it you'll have a battle to get your refund. I'm still waiting for a refund today(11/7/13) despite sending them signed proof of receipt on the 1/7/13! So far I have called them 4 times and emailed 3 times, and although they apologise NOTHING HAPPENS! This is without doubt the worst mail order company I have dealt with. “not worth the risk”

Shopping from cocosa may be fine if you are 100 percent certain you will like the item and that it will fit properly. Cocosa has a poor return policy that will not reimburse the cost to send the product back. This is a terrible policy considering the company's business is only from online sales. Sadly, my order did not fit me at all and it cost me £13 for nothing! An expensive lesson. “Appallingly bad!”

I've bought from cocosa before and not had a problem that is until I had to send something back. The I bracelet I purchased was way to small, customer services said that was fine to send it back so off it went first class postage straight back. And that is where the problem lies. I was told it would take upto ten days for my refund to be processed. “Wrong Item Delivered”

I bought an item from this website and was really looking forward to the delivery as great reduction and quite difficult to get in my size. A completely different dress was delivered (multi-coloured instead of black). The package contained a docket with a description of the correct dress on it. When I contacted them today they said it was a warehouse mistake, they would refund but not replace. Goodbye Cocosa, I won't be back!… Read Full Review

Purchased a knomo bag to use as a baby bag. now 3 weeks before my due date, when the bag still hasnt arrived, I get an e-mail saying 'sorry but they can't ship the order'. “I bought two items in the sale section ,these items...”

“Absolutely pathetic service!!!!!”

I paid £4.95 for delivery of a single item within 2 working days.... 5 days later I was still waiting! The cocosa company uses Hermes couriers which is the worst courier in the uk.... After chasing this twice I was told that the courier could only update within the next four hours, which is absolutely absurd! As a result I will never use them again… Read Full Review

Addendum: having now phoned their customer service line I was told that the item had been given to the wrong courier and then given back to the company... And would now be a further 3 days for delivery! The staff in the customer service dept. are ineffectual so I requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was rude argumentative and equally as ineffectual... On the whole a totally unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience !!!
