I PURCHASED A JACKET IT WAS FAULTY COULD NOT GET MY ARM IN THE SLEEVE. FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO GET A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AS TO WHERE TO SEND THE ITEM THEN HAD AN EMAIL TO SAY I WAS OUT OF TIME! IT ARRIVED ON 3/11/14 I SENT IT CACK ON THE 5/11/14! I NOW HAVE A CREDIT FOR THE JACKET OF $85.00 INSTEAD OF £85.00! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THIS BREACHES THE SALE OF GOODS ACT! THERE IS NO-ONE TO TALK TO NO PHONE TO CALL! I HAVE WELL AND TRUELY BEEN HAD! SO BEWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!I LOVED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND USED IT MANY MANY TIMES I RETURNED ITEMS GOT A REFUND NO PROBLEM,I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE NOT THE SAME GOOD FAIR COMPANY AS BEFORE. SHOCKING ! I NOW WILL HAVE TO GET TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED AS I AM NOT ACCEPTING A VOUCHER FOR $85.00! NO WAY!
