Just horrible experience. Placed on order and a few hours later they said there was a problem with my payment and asked for my billing address and scan of bank statement. I never had payment problems with my card (Natwest) before. I felt really fishy about this and asked them to cancel this order and do an re-order. As I used a gift card voucher I asked to issue back those credits. They refused to issue back those credits and just cancelled my order. Then there was no follow-up emails what so ever. What kind of customer service is that ?! Have never experienced such terrible service. Definitely will never use again. Be aware!
