Ordered a pair of Christian louboutin shoes and some Revlon products, they didn't hesitate to take payment instantly and week later I received a completely different pair of (hideous) shoes 3 sizes too big and a box full of cream and broken bottles! After 4 days of daily emails with no resoonse they finally responded telling me to put in a return request - well of course I had but it's been showing pending ever since. 19days later still no response. I ordered a jumpsuit before xmas which arrived mid January. I returned it and after several emails to them apparently their warehouse have still have not received it back - 3 weeks later. I have got in touch with my credit card company as I am sick of waiting for a reply to my emails. My credit card co. are going to refund me and put a stop on cocosa's payment and investigate them. I ordered shoes, coats, dresses etc all at once. One of the came in different colour it was black when I ordered brown. The blue winter coat ddnt come at all and 2 pair of boots ddnt come as well. I placed an order for a love moschino hand bag for my mum's Xmas present. The order was supposed to be delivered by 24/12, in time for Xmas. This order hasn't arrived, although when I checked the website to try and track it, it shows as delivered on 22/12. I have emailed cocosa twice but I've had no response. I have had an issue with a jumpsuit and sent it back - several emails later saying they haven't received it 3 weeks after, I have informed my credit card company and they have put a stop on the payment and credited me and they are going to investigate - get in touch with your credit card company.

Ordered an item for delivery by 9 sept. After waiting for ages was informed that the item had arrived on 19 sept. Then on the 8 Oct when I logged it to my account it said refunded. Never received any emails about this. I did message cocosa and was given some useless explanation! I had ordered 2 pairs of glasses, one Jil Sander and one Todd and some cosmetics from Cocosa. I received the Cosmetics on August 27th. I then went on holiday and when i came back i was surprised my glasses had still not arrived. I looked at the estimated dispatch date and there i found a tracking number saying: "Delivered through letterbox"! We have a small normal opening in the front door, no parcel could fit through!!!!! I was a customer of the old Cocosa which was great. Since it was re opened by different owners I only had the chance to shop there twice and on both counts my shopping resulted in complete annoyance. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I ordered a bag which has been held at the delivery company's service centre for long. Although I provided the correct home address, the courier company contacted to say the address provided was incorrect. I queried cocosa' customer centre about the whereabouts of the percel twice. Don't confused cocosa.com with the latest cocosa.co.uk because this is entirely different company. Cocosa.com was brilliant and customer service is excellent but sadly it was closed down. Cocosa.co.uk is a separate company, COCOSA was purchased because of its huge numbers of subscribers all around the world, the database alone containing all members names and email addresses must be worth a fortune to the new owners. I ordered a pair of valentino sunglasses. It was delivered after 4 weeks. The mobile app kept me updated every step of the way. However the item wasn't what I thought it was. When I googled cocosa returns - I was shocked to read all the bad reviews. This was the first time I've ordered from cocosa and I was super worried. I bet you work for Cocosa.co.uk, 4 STAR you must be joking, they don't deserve a single star from where I'm standing, I am still waiting for the goods I ordered beginning of April 2015 and not receive a refund either (we are talking about COCOSA.CO.UK because cocosa.com closed down 2 years ago). This company don't have the stock but rather use the customer money to purchase what's advertise on their website, and in my experience as well as others we have yet to receive the goods we ordered and the company don't have an address and telephone number and the only way to communicate and get in touch with them is by email via the website "contact us".

I Agree with Scarletemp's comment, you must work for them. I made an order which took 3 months to arrive, however the Vans were packed incorrectly, one foot bigger than the other and the other order is yet to arrive!! And I have sent several emails and no response from them. This company should be reported to Trading Standards. If enough people report them they will be investigated or better still shut down,

i am in constant communication with this company as My Yodel apparently left the items outside my door on a busy street on Saturday. unsurprisingly no parcel there when i returned that evening. My bank initially refused the payment thinking that my card was being incorrectly used, however after my confirmation they honoured the next time I tried the payment. This morning I received an email from their customer service requesting I send them: my current passport or drivers licence along with a utility bill. Like - REALY??? Hey , I don't know what kind of bank details they asked you for, but it happened to me a few months ago ,when i ordered from a website other than cocoss, and they did. Asked for a picture or a copy of my id , and I thought the same, but in the end i said to send them the pictures of my id to try , and i did , and i've got the products that i ordered in time,this was a website from france . So ... I thought is ok to share my similar story with tou, although i still don't know nothing about cocosa , should i order something?....

Oh come on, REALLY, it happened to you and its not cocosa? let me think, so you are saying it is OK for cocosa to request their members to provide proof of ID after they paid for the goods because you have the same experience from another website, can you please share with us the name of the website so we can verify?? If cocosa is serious about preventing fraud why not ask customers for proof of ID when they join or become a member (this website operates on members only) NOT after you purchased and paid for the goods better still why not offer PAYPAL as an option for payment. So don't talk NONSENSE.

I placed my order on 10 January 2015.The cost of £74, which included delivery £5,money was taken from my bank account on 14 January 2015. The item haven't been delivered. I wrote to the customer services to investigate the issue and they are dealing with it nearly two months, however there are no results. Hi , they did the same to me, I order on 8 January 2015. The cost of £201 , I cancel 1 shirt they refund that, on 5 February they délibéré 1 , before that on 2 February they message me saying the remainig 1 shirt is not available anymore and my money will be refund between 3 to 5 working days but till now nothing has been refund, I message them many times but no reply. Finily I came to this site and read people comment who help me contact my bank. Bank givre 3 days to have my money bank.

I have been a customer of Cocosa for about 2 years, until they closed. The new version seems to be run by different team, which is not as good as the previous one. I pleced the order and was scheduled for delivery after 17 November. I am fighting with them to cancel my membership by they don't want to do that, telling me it is not possible (but perfectly stated in the "Conditions") and claiming the necessity to "keep records". Not that there are any (never bought anything from them). In any case, it's definitely illegal to keep someone else's sensitive data against their wishes.
