I ordered a pair of boots in winter 2016/17. They were about three weeks late arriving and when I returned them they were delivered to the wrong address. I began to chase up my refund after a couple of weeks (too late to claim a refund from the Post Office). Neither the post office nor Cocosa wanted to know. I did eventually get a refund through the PO as I appealed successfully but the service I received from Cocosa was polite but very poor and I was fobbed off at every turn. They used to be fantastic but I presume they have been taken over and the new culture leaves a lot to be desired.
