When the bracelet I purchased for a gift was sent wrapped in bubblewrap I asked for a gift bag. Almost 3 weeks and 5 emails from me later.... still no gift bag and no understanding of my request!!!

They dont accept phonecalls and advise that emails will be responded to in 24 hours, its 5 days since my latest email and still waiting..... Now I remember why I hate online shopping!
