“Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Better to...”

★☆☆☆☆

I am in the middle of a dispute and a very stressful moment with this company.
I bought a tracksuit with a printing with my company's logo.
I paid for an express delivery and they should deliver in 4 days, but although I spent the whole day waiting for the garment it wasn't delivered on the date. On their website I found out that they had changed the date and added an extra 6 days without even informing me. I made a formal complaint and they refunded me the extra money I paid for delivery.
When I received the garments I first thought the printing was ok, but realised that their machine needs calibration as the colour of the printing doesn't really match the colour of company's logo. They basically changed the tone of the colour of my logo and I almost didn't realise the fact and the right colours in my company's logo is very important, otherwise I would make it black and white.
Also the trousers for the tracksuits are huge with the outside leg of 109cm long and they were supposed to be size small. Each leg is also very wide.
After many emails and telephone call to this company they told me that the waist is supposed to be petit but the legs were not supposed to be short and that they are the right size for an small size trousers. The trousers have zippers at the ham so it is not easy to adjust, but why should I when I paid already £87 for this tracksuits? They also say that the colour of the logo is as close as it can be to the original I sent them and refuse to accept the fact that they didn't send me what I have purchased through their website.
Unbelievably they even gave me a 10% discount for next purchase and over the phone and by email they even suggested to me that I should use the 10% to purchase another garment without any personalisation and if it doesn't fit I can send it back for a refund. I beg your pardon? Did I really hear it properly? So, if I buy another tracksuit without a printing logo and if it doesn't fit me 'again' I can send it back for a refund, but they are telling me that I can not send this one back because it is the right size, and that I am the one who is not the right size for the trousers?
This company is a real joke. How can they tell me to buy another garment and send it for a refund if it doesn't fit me when they are telling me that the garment I bought is the right size and that i received what I bought?
At any moment they told me I can not send it back because it is personalised. They told me i received what I bought and that the size of 109 cm outside leg is right for a small size trouser, but now they are telling me that if i buy a plain tracksuit and if doesn't fit me I can send it back for a refund. Really funny, as it doesn't make sense.
I don't recommend this company even to my enemies. Too expensive and bad services. I would have saved a lot of money, hassle and stress if I had bought a quality tracksuit at my street market, then have the printing logo applied at a local shop. That would probably cost me less than £50 and hassle and stress free.
