I ordered two aprons with an embroidered logo. The quality of the aprons was absolute rubbish - really nasty, shiny fabric. The location of the logo was described as 'centre chest', yet it sits virtually at the top of the apron and looks dreadful.
Called and emailed customer services with a complaint and photograph and was called back but not offered a refund or re-do. I was happy to pay for different and more expensive aprons, of a different fabric, but they wouldn't even offer to do the embroidery for free if I did that. I asked what options were available to me, and they said none. I asked why they had bothered calling me.
What a waste of money. The aprons look awful.
