I was somewhat apprehensive about using the service for the first time. I had an unusual shaped logo, which I wanted embroidered. The C2O team used their skills to make transparent parts of the image that I did not require.

There was a lot of detail and colour variation, on which I assumed C2O would have to compromise. The staff assured me that they could produce the shape of logo required, and the sample of embroidered work emailed to me was way beyond expectations. Very efficient, personal service provided at all stages and really looking forward to being able to wear the finished product.
