Not only did clothes2order make no effort to communicate with our company, they tried to make us pay for mistakes they had made during printing.
The communication within the production, design and sales teams is just as poor as the communication with their customers. We heard nothing from them for 2 weeks, and had no apology when we had to ring them to amend error after error.
