the whole process from getting a quote to placing the final order was simple to understand. It was great to be able to place the logo in position so that you could get an idea of what it would actually look like and the order was handled quickly and efficiently.
The only negative was during the processing of the order I was emailed with a shirt with a logo on it to preview what it would look like and unfortunately it was the wrong logo, but as I hadn't expected to see the order in process it was not a problem.
processing times and delivery charges were made clear at the point of ordering so there were no nasty shocks before placing the order.
