Having placed the embroidered t-shirts order with fast track delivery the deadline was missed. I contacted the company at 10am on the deadline day and was told they would check progress and get back to me in 15 minutes. As I am located only a few miles away they could still get the t-shirts delivered to me. 1130am having not heard back I contacted again but no-one was available. 1pm I called again and spoke to someone who seemed credible, he told me the t-shirts were in production and he personally would deliver the t-shirts today before 530pm. At 430pm I received an email to approve the proof for the items which were already supposed to be in production! Too late. Cancelled the order. My team is now let down. I recommend not using this company who have too many people who don't know what is going on and obviously do not want this and future business.
