The online ordering service was annoying as you didn't seem to be able to save a logo. Called to ask a query and wsan't called back so missed the free/cheaper delivery service, which was annoying.
I had to chase up the proof as it hadn't arrived 3 days before delivery but then it miraculously arrived within seconds.
Shirts were delivered on time and were great quality and the embroidered logo worked really well. For the price I find it hard to find fault, but there are some things on the ordering process could be improved.
