I ordered 2 aprons in black with embroidery. When the proof arrived for my approval I wasn't happy with the way the design looked on the black apron, I had thought the white background of my image would be included. I spoke to customer services asking their opinion on the best way to change it. They didn't advise I go for the more expensive option of changing to a printed design but advised I just change the colour of the aprons so the background would be white.

The wrong package was delivered 4 days prior to my deadline date, a mix up with 2 orders, customer service were excellent. They arranged for couriers to collect the packages the following day and re-deliver correctly the next.

The aprons are of an excellent quality with very long ties and adjustable neck straps on poppers.
