visited Clarks Merry Hill for the first time after buying a particular brand shoe for years which is now discontinued not only did I find a suitable comfortable replacement which is important as I'm on my feet all day for work but was served by a member of staff who was polite and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble.top marks to the assistant and also Clarks for training thier staff the correct way to treat customers, so rare these days
