I shopped in Clarks Cheshire Oaks for a pair of shoes for my grandson. I found the ones I wanted but they were a 3F and I needed a 3G so I took them to a sales assistant and asked for a 3G, she brought a pair of shoes to me in a box, I took the shoes and paid for them. I did not have my grandson with me as he lives 62 miles away. But that should not have made any difference because size 3 is a 3 not a 5!!!! It was only when I got home I discovered that they were a size 5, I could not believe it. I now have to travel back to the shop and hope that they have want I want. I tried to ring the shop and got an answer machine, even when advised to press button 3, which I did I did not get connected, in fact I got cut off, so I tried again, same result. Won't be shopping there again!!!!
