Get your act together !

Absolutely appalling! They have a department for this, a department for that and a standard answer; " we don't do that - the other department does that, so I can't help you ". Seriously people get your act together! Placed an international order, admittedly the order arrived quicker than I expected but to get the information I needed to place the order was unbelievably painful. I had to return the order for a smaller size and when I called to explain it was an international order and could they put the sizes on hold for me "oh we don't do that". Again, I phoned to see what had happened and they said "we sent you a letter" ; a letter! By the time the letter arrived the goods were out of stock! I asked why they did not communicate to me via email as it was an international order ( they had my email address and I had been communicating with staff members ) they said, "we don't do that " ! Oh it goes on but can't be bothered I am exhausted just writing this comment. Make sure you speak to the right department; whichever one that one is - or just don't place an order!
