My parents are both in their late 80's, and my mother recently purchased some clothing from Chums. However they were not as described, and didn't fit so needed to be returned. To return the item there is only ONE option, to "Simply take your parcel to any of the 4500 local stores offering collect plus services". Not so simple, neither of my parents drive, the local store is over 3 miles away and to reach would mean travelling on two buses. Surely a company selling Mobility aids, would have a simpler and more thoughtful method for their customers to return goods.
