They need too have a serious look at their procedures. I ordered some trousers that showed as in stock. 4 days later I received alternative trousers as the ones I wanted were now out of stock. I did not want elastic waist and none zip pockets.
Zip pockets was why I ordered the original from a full page advert.
I then contacted customer services on a 10ppm number ( 70p for the wait time in the que)
They said the required product was coming in in 4 days.
Why did they send the wrong product ....
I had to drive 3 miles and drop off the wrong product, it is now in the 10 days returns period before they process the original request. Overall turning into a long ordeal to hopefully get my goods.
A better approach could at least be for them to send the original product rather than waiting the 10 days.
