I ordered a toaster which was very poor quality and looked like it had been tampered with and used. Email correspondence was friendly, but I asked for a refund - including delivery. However, I only received a refund for the toaster I returned. I also found the same toaster cheaper elsewhere. So, I am struggling to find reasons to ever shop with them again.
