I made a very large order with Bump 2 Babe - I kept 2 items and sent back 6 items - I waited for my refund and never got one - they said that they never received the package back which I dont believe for one moment - I tried to contact them on several occasions about the so called missing parcel and they wouldnt make contact with me - I lost out on a £200 refund for their ways.

I ordered a pair of trousers from Bump 2 Babe www.bump2babe.co.uk, I was charged but the trousers never arrived. I emailed to request a refund but was told they could not find the order, this was even with full emails from them. They did agree to a refund, but have since been unable to contact them.

I ordered three nursing bras, two nursing tops and a pack of breast pads. None of the nursing bras I ordered were sent - one was out of stock, two sent were a different style to advertised. When I sent email saying so, they said they didn't even stock what I wanted so didn't understand why I had ordered it - even though I sent them a copy of their own webpage! The one nursing top was out of stock. They charged me the full postage and packing for all items although they didn't send them to me, and although they have replied to my emails, offering me a goodwill gesture of 10% of next order(!), they have not answered my questions in the email I sent them about refunding me for sending back the items that I didn't even order in the first place!

I ordered a pair of trousers from this company which I returned by registered post. When my refund never arrived I complained via email as their contact number is now 'unsurprisingly' unavailable.
I am speechless and having read numerous other unfavourable reviews am now forwarding this info to pregnancy magazines and Watchdog.

I appreciate that 'review centre' have had to edit my original review, but I must add that when I emailed bump2babe enquiring about my lack of refund, I received a rude reply. I feel this company must be held to account.

I ordered from Bump 2 Babe whilst pregnant with my first child last year. It took well over 3 months for anything to arrive, after numerous chases and cancellation of the order. When the order did arrive it was only half there. I queried this and was told that the full order had been sent. I contacted my credit card company and was able to claim a chargeback for what was missing. I also returned what was sent to me by recorded delivery stating I had cancelled the order.
This was then sent back to me with something unreadable written on the packing slip and one of the items removed. I had by this point been dealing with trading standards.
I contacted my credit card company again who issued me a chargeback for the remainder of the items, even though they were in my possession because I had cancelled the order.
Just after my baby was born I was told by my credit card company the chargeback was being disputed as they had sent the items out. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to sent my correspondence to my CC company they had closed the dispute and I was out of pocket.
The quality of the clothes that I did receive was incredibly poor. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. If you do purchase from them use a credit card so you at least have some recourse should it go wrong.

Clothing was easy to order and web site was easy to use. There is no information about returns and a couple of tops I have bought have ruined other clothes when washed and all the colour has either been lost or ran on the very first wash. Quality of clothes and returns are poor.

I tried to return some items of clothing and they were returned to me in the post - when I asked why I was told I had not folded them neatly enough. Returning them again, they would not refund me for an item as I had thrown away the plastic bag it had come in.
If the clothes fit you, fine. If they do not you may find their returns policy a complete nightmare.

Sorry find it pretty hard to believe that the buttons fell off when you read it. Maybe it had been worn and why could you not sew them back on yourself, lazy so and so!

I ordered something 2 weeks ago from Bump 3 Babe for the third time! I have to say, I had no problems with them, and the goods were with me within 3 days! Trouble is, you always hear the bad points and never the good. A couple of my friends ordered from them too, and they also had very good service.
Sorry to hear that you have had problems with this company, but mine and my friends experiences were very good. Hope you sort things out.

I am at a loss for words on my dealings with this company. I ordered my goods on the 7th of May 2007, and I have been chasing them up ever since by email and a strongly worded letter, as the phone number is unobtainable surprisingly enough!!
I have been constantly fobbed off, but Bump 2 Babe were quick enough to take the money out of my bank account. All I wanted was the order cancelled and my money credited, but still they came up excuses that the parcel was 'being delivered as we speak'. Finally the goods arrived today, and I emailed for a returns number, which it states to do on the website - I can't stand to wear the clothes now, as the whole dealings with them have left a bad taste in my mouth. I am told that as the order is over 7 days old I can't return the goods. This compounds my anger even more, and I reply that I only received the goods today and that I want a returns number. The lady I spoke to was very unhelpful and rude. I am shell-shocked and extremely angry, and I would never recommend Bump 2 Babe to anyone.

Like many, I have purchased items from Bump2Babe, and my card has been charged, but I am still waiting for my goods. I have tried to get hold of an alternative number from the unobtainable one on their web site, but to no avail. Does anyone have one? If so, please can you let me know via the Review Centre forum? I can then leave my email address, as telephone numbers can not be left on the Review centre site.

I placed an order the 6th of March 2007, and nothing has been delivered. The money has been taken form my account. I have e-mailed several times, to no avail, and the Bump2Babe telephone number not in service.

I think Bump2Babe are bad news, there are other message boards running stories on this company about similar problems, and since Friday, when I first started chasing my order, their eBay shop has closed and they've not replied to emails and the contact number does not work.

Ordered goods 28.11.06, they took over two weeks to arrive, no returns number given, sent back registered post. Cannot get hold of them on the phone as it does not exist. Many e-mails ignored. Still waiting for my money to be returned from over four months ago. I would not recommend that anybody uses this company.

I am still waiting for half of my order from them - funnily enough they sent the cheaper half which was very poor quality. E-mails have been ignored and their telephone number seems to be disconnected. I am now waiting for a response from a recorded delivery letter to get my order, if it is not replied to I am going to contact trading standards. I just wish I had read the other review on this site prior to ordering with them. There's no customer service as far as I'm concerned as none of my e-mails have been replied to - of course they have taken all the money and as yet I have no item or refund.

I still haven't received half the order I placed with Bump2Babe in December, yet the money has been taken from my account for it.
The goods that were received were poor value for money.
I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund for the goods I returned.
Emails to customer services have been ignored. And I have now had to resort to Trading Standards to get my refund.

I found this review unhelpful because There is no way this company is sending out 10,000 orders a week. I doubt it is doing 100 orders a week.
