I have 3 orders outstanding. I have an order paid for on 15th May which the deadline date for delivery was 15th June. Order still not received. I called on 27th to cancel and was told I could cancel one part of order but the other part was in progress so would be with me in 2-3 days. Called again on 5th July told again would be with me. Called again today and advised I couldn't cancel as order in progress even though past deadline date. I have contacted Trading Standards today who have advised me they will deal with my complaint. Once I receive my 3 pending orders I will never deal with this company again.
