I have today just received notification for items that I ordered in May, arrived in June and sent back the following day and today August 26, I have been notified that I am due a refund and my payment method will be credited within 3-5 working days which will make it September!!!
How is such bad service possible. I am waiting till my refund is back in my account and then I am deleting my profile. BTW people, most of their stuff you can find in TK MAXX.

Agree. I always have to chase up refunds, even when they have sent the wrong item so are at fault. Recently had to reclaim over £120 for items that had been outstanding for over three and four months. I returned a wrongly sent item a month ago, with confirmation from Collect but will now have to chase up my refund yet again. I too shall give them a miss.
