BRAND ALLEY ARE A JOKE!!! After taking 2 months to deliver goods that i had already cancelled due to waiting so long, i have now been waiting 3 months for a £207 refund!! can never get through on phone have used all my minutes on hold and then getting cut off. Been told many a times now 'Im sorry it will be in your account in 5 days' and that was before xmas!!! Safe to safe i will never be using Brand alley again. Since Sept you have apparently been experiencing Customer services issues!!
