I have used Brandalley - no ! correction- I have tried to use the company for 2 years now.
I have had problems with item delivery - the latest arriving 2 months after ordering and after being cancelled.
I have tried e-mailing and telephoning countless times to be met with " we are too busy to take your call try again later".E-mails are met with only computer generated replies.
When I did get through I was informed there would be a 20 minute wait to be answered. I waited 25 mins on one occasion and 45 mins on another.
I order lots of things on the internet and run an internet business myself and this level of service warrants no stars.
I would not recommend you buy anything as money could get "locked: like mine has.
